Basin processes website form submissions. Calendly provides appointment scheduling, and NiceJob displays customer reviews. These services may receive technical information when their features load and information you provide when you use them. Their handling of information is also governed by their own policies.
Analytics and advertising storage are off unless you select “Allow analytics & ads.” You can revisit your selection using the “Privacy choices” control on the website, manage cookies through your browser, or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The website does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. Where applicable law requires a different response to a recognized privacy preference signal, we will evaluate and process it as required.
Links and services operated by others
Links to Calendly, NiceJob, insurers, government agencies, and other outside services take you to websites we do not control. Review their privacy and security practices before providing information. Scheduling an appointment through Calendly does not bind, change, cancel, or confirm insurance coverage.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, maintain appropriate business and insurance records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Text Messaging and Mobile Information
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may use that number to communicate with you about your quote, policy, service requests, and other agency matters. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
